West Kootenay Toy Run
Through our events over the last 35 years, we have raised close to $830,000.00 allowing us to donate to area food banks, local Salvation Army Branches and award high school bursaries to name a few that have benefited. The WKTRA takes pride in being able to provide these donations with the help of our local communities, businesses and our riders through our events and draws. We organize the West Kootenay Toy Run, which is held the first Sunday following Labour Day in September. This is the 35th year since the inception of the Toy Run in 1988. We collect donations and toys from our riders as well as raffle off a brand new Harley-Davidson motorcycle to one lucky winner. Toy Run bike tickets are only $20.00 each. |
